We accept: cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, check with 2 forms of identification: a photo ID and a major credit card. Check transactions must be paid in person unless pre-authorized by management. Lotus Designs does not offer C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) as an option. Delivery All requests for delivered flowers must be paid prior to delivery. Lotus Designs offers a broad delivery vicinity inside and outside of Metropolitan Boston. Please click here for the town you would like to send your arrangement. Same day delivery requests should be received by 1pm Please note that if you do not see your town or city listed, it does not necessarily suggest that we do not provide services to those areas. For other locations not listed, please contact the store for a price. If we do not service your area, we do provide a wire-out service to accommodate other neighborhoods. Delivery Fees: The purchase minimum for delivery orders is $50.00. All orders are subject to 5% Massachusetts sales tax and a delivery fee. You may request information about the delivery price when ordering your arrangement. Delivery Service: In order to provide quality service, our deliveries to corporate locations are completed between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., unless otherwise specified by person(s) ordering. All deliveries to residential areas are completed during store hours (see store hours). The recipient of a residential delivery will receive a call to affirm a delivery time, unless sender specifies an alternative delivery option, such as a concierge, or a safe place to leave on locale, etc. Delivery for Special Events: Large functions such as weddings and commitment ceremonies are not exclusive to these delivery locations. Lotus Designs has accommodated for weddings and other special events all over the new England area. Additional transportation costs may incur depending on the necessary travel distance.
